This calming evening class is designed to help you unwind and prepare your body and mind for deep rest. We’ll move through gentle, grounding postures, guided breath-work, and a short meditation to settle the nervous system.

Think candlelight, soft music, cozy layers, and a full exhale before bed. Leave feeling relaxed, restored, and ready for sleep.

This one’s for when you’re ready to move a little more. We’ll build heat with mindful, flowing sequences, wake up the core, and play with strength + stability to carry you through the rest of your week. Still accessible and aligned with breath - just a little more fire than our Tuesday rituals. Come dressed to move, leave feeling clear, confident, and energized.
